Comprised of highly sought-out, early and obscure material from Virginian cult-favorites Pig Destroyer, this collection disc serves as a window into the twisted minds of true grind-fueled madmen. Brutal riff upon riff overlay some of the fastest yet most intricate and stylish drums in the grind game, all conjoined with some of the most manic and terrifying screams ever captured by recording implements. The fact that this band is only a three-piece is nothing short of mind-boggling, and by seamlessly weaving the majority of heavy music genres (thrash, punk rock, heavy metal, grindcore, death metal, technical mathy hardcore, etc.), it’s no real surprise that these guys are often hailed as the kings of modern heavy music.
