no. fortunately we have ammassed a heavy load of awesome releases to hold us over until nearly the end of time, but this also means that we are not looking for any new bands to work with. there's tons of good music out there, but we just cannot be tempted with it at this time... so please don't send us your recordings. thank you.

do you do trades?
no, sorry we don't trade.

will you hold _____ record for me or let me pre-order _____ record?
nope, it's far too much to keep track of and we update this website the instant a new CD / record becomes available.

well do you have _____ record in stock?
if it says it's available on the discography page, or in the online store then it's 99% likely to be available... however please PLEASE list alternatives when you mail order because we do eventually run out of stuff.  also, no we don't have pg.99 mesh hats anymore, they're long gone

i mailed you an order a week ago, have you received it yet?
we don't keep an active log of received orders, so if you're really worried about it getting here, send the letter certified... but it should be fine. please be patient.

can you give me booking info for daughters, circle takes the square, or whoever?
all of the bands' booking info is available on the tour dates page

can you send me promo CDs for my magazine / webzine / radio show/ whatever?
if you run a print magazine, we ask you send us a copy of your latest issue to check out before we send anything out. webzines, to be bold, you better be unique and get a lot of traffic or don't bother writing. radio people, sorry but we do not directly service radio stations. stores, get in touch with our distributor Lumberjack about promos and posters. 1-877-LUMBERJ
